How We Work

Our recruitment process ensures that we select experienced staff who are work ready.
We ensure all compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
We aim to be responsive to your needs and expectations, in a way that is convenient for you. This can involve:
1. Face to face discussions – our management team or representative would be delighted to meet you in person.
2. Email – services@care2lead.com.au – we will attend to your booking requests promptly and professionally.
3. Phone – 1300-339-130 between 5:00 am and 10:00 pm.
4. Easy to use Online Booking System.
We will work hand in hand with you to provide staff when you need them, to ensure continuity of safe and quality care for your clients. We provide our staff with a comprehensive induction process and ongoing support while they are working with you.
We aim for continuous improvement and are open to your feedback and suggestions. You can complete our feedback form online using our website.
