MARIBETH BALADAD

Operations Manager

Maribeth is a qualified health professional with more than 20 years experience.

Maribeth possesses a Master of Nursing Practice degree from Curtin University, a Graduate Certificate in Health Professions Education from the University of Western Australia and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, as well as a medical degree overseas.

In addition to her clinical expertise, Maribeth is a qualified Educator. She has been a leader in an RTO in the role of Course Coordinator in Nursing Education and has worked in Learning and Development in the Aged Care sector.

Maribeth maintains a close connection to staff members, providing ongoing support and monitoring their performance. This is the foundation for the positive feedback that Care2Lead Australia receives from clients.

ANTHONY HEDGE

Organisational Development Consultant

Anthony has a Master’s degree in Commerce, majoring in organisational behaviour, from the University of New South Wales. He is a member of the International Coach Federation, the Institute of Coaching, and the International Positive Psychology Association.

Anthony is an experienced leadership and organisational development consultant with a breadth of experience across different countries and cultures. His firm belief is that leadership should be a source of creativity and value with a net positive impact.

Anthony has worked as an organisational development leader in organisations in Australia and across the Asia Pacific region. His work has included team development for newly established leadership teams, assessing and coaching individual leaders and high potentials, enhancing talent management practices, designing leadership programs to support the development of first line and emerging leaders and designing culture change strategies. He understands the challenges and complexities of leadership in healthcare settings.

Anthony works hand-in-hand with Maribeth, in selecting staff for Care2Lead Australia, supporting them, and promoting good teamwork to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
